Returns

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Process:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at bldy3844@gmail.com and provide details of the defect or damage.

Process:

Shipping Costs

Returns:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you are returning an item due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
